Victoria’s largest annual and most iconic community event, the Royal Melbourne Show, will light up Melbourne Showgrounds from Saturday 17 September to Tuesday 27 September 2016.
Conducted by The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV), the Royal Melbourne Show celebrates agriculture and attracts around 450,000 visitors over 11 spectacular days. With a huge range of exciting, fun and informative activities, exhibits, competitions, food and attractions, visitors to the Royal Melbourne Show are provided ample opportunities to immerse themselves in the event experience and create memorable moments with family and friends.

Celebrate champion livestock and the country’s best equestrian riders and horses, amazing creators in arts, crafts and cookery and the toughest axe men and women of woodchop as they compete to win coveted prizes such as blue ribbons and Best in Show.
At the Winning Tastes Pavilion, visitors can enjoy an even larger food offering with pop-up restaurants of some of Melbourne’s finest eateries, Australia’s best chefs and industry specialists hosting intimate cooking demonstrations, award-winning beers, ciders, wines and spirits and taste the food from top producers at the Australian Food Awards Deli.
Visitors can also enjoy the thrills and excitement of the attractions, exciting carnival rides and amusements, the always popular Showbag Pavilion and much more.
